YARN DESCRIPTION:
Super-chunky machine-washable yarn or similar (see GAUGE DATA); approx. 600g (21.5oz)
Yarn used in picture: Sirdar Wash 'n' Wear Super Chunky, 55% Acrylic, 45% Nylon, 113 yds/103 m per 100g.
I used 200g each of 3 different colours; A-Pink, B-Purple, C-Burgundy, worked in 10 rows per colour throughout.
GAUGE DATA:
Knitted by hand on 7.5mm needles
Gauge (basketweave st over 4 in = 10 cm): 12 st by 15 rows
STITCH DESCRIPTION:
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS (ins) :
Approx. 32 inches wide by 50 inches long
INSTRUCTIONS:
FINISHING:
1. Sew in all loose ends.
NOTES:
1. Another edging could be knitted or crocheted if desired.
2. Use a single colour or multiple colours for different effects.
