Here are my suggestions, please add your own so I can learn something new to try!! 1) use every needle multi-transfer tool (with cap) to hold the shoulder stitches temporarily for putting back together on the machine. 2) use every other needle tool to transfer every other stitch for picot hem or lace hole along bottom of sweater. 3) user every needle transfer to do shaping for sock heel or toe. 4) use every other needle tool to do a 1x1 twisted rib or mini-cables across the row. Looking forward to hearing more . . . . I use them to make decreases evenly spaced across a row. After I work the decreases, then they are great for moving the sts over to get rid of the empty needles. Some of the hats that are knitted on dp or circular needles do that. I just plan it flat and sew a seam on one side. Also did a bottle cover that way where it decreased at the bottom.
